I haven't had a c-section but I THINK I've heard the Mama's that have mention that something like this is a necessity after a csection. I COULD be gettin things mixed up but I'm pretty sure they said the pressure on your wound helps alot. DEFINITELY ask those that have actually been through it though! Haha! Good luck Mama!!
