Advice??my 6 year old is acting up...

I know it might not help but my 6 year old raise his hand at me and call me fat before that he hit me and i say no because you know you cry. This is for moms whose children have or had speech delays around 18mo & needed referred to early intervention..

My son isn’t moving speech wise the way he should be. So my doctor had referred us to early intervention to help him get on track with speech. But my small little worry is what if it’s not just speech & there’s more going on?
