No lol its the keto diet and the special drink. Its good stuff. My bf didnt even change his diet and lost weight. All natural. I do low carb, no sugar. I have my cheat days, but i still lost quite a bit if weight. Its safe for while youre pregnant too. I just do the caffeine free one now. It is AMAZING for mental health too
