Well my baby shower dress is completely unflattering and I hate it. Returning it tomorrow morning and ordering the original dress that I wanted bc they’ve got my size back in stock 😁 I’m praying that this one actually looks half decent! Pic of dress I’m ordering in the comments

I called again and spoke to the manager they looked up my order and it was a mess up oh their part I have go to Tomorrow and get refund

I did just now they said since it was delivered and I “touched” I can’t bring it back I told them I didn’t even eat it I opened it up and I could see meat

Don’t let it go. Almost all places have policies on wrong orders, just depends how the people want to act

Is it a chain or a local place...if it's a chain call their headquarters asap....if it's a local place put them on blast...go to their social media page (insta or FB) and complain directly on it...heck include a picture.
