I used to put my hands on my lower back and lean to the side to crack my back and sometimes I would hear something pop in the front of my belly but never found out what it was
yeah i don’t know what it is.. I gave birth at 38 weeks to a healthy baby so I’m guessing it’s not bad. When I told my husband about it he got mad and told me to stop doing it but he doesn’t know how hard it is to carry a baby and sometimes I did it by accident lol
@erik_uhh yeah I was just trying to stretch out. By bones crack doing the smallest movements. Its gettin rough lol. But if it's fine then I wont worry.

The only time I ever felt something in my belly pop was when my water broke. Are you leaking fluids at all?

No, I dont think its worrisome. I leaned back to pop my back and something in the front on the inside felt like it popped. Nothing leaked.

ok just keep an eye on it
