Has anyone used little lucky electric double breast pump?? I couldn’t adjust the silicone into my breast .. maybe something went wrong.. how can I adjust? Which breast pump is the best?

Government Assistance and Breast Pump Is there any mommy's on here that used to be or is on Government Assistance? And knows if they cover breast pumps?
My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....
