Ah they’re the worst quality. If you need it for something important or really special I’d advise against it. They have young girls in the studio taking pictures and the backdrops are often dirty. I went for my son’s 6 month photos and gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back for his 1 yr photos and they were even worse. So disappointing. But I’ll say if you just want a few pics for a small frame it’s not awful if you’re on a budget. Just nothing to blow up and get an award for haha

Going to be the odd one out here.. I found them to be terrible quality. I’m used to hiring higher end professional photographers, but because of the coupon I had to JC Penny I decided to try them out for our Christmas card. They don’t do much editing, aren’t creative with suggested poses and they’re way too overpriced for the subpar quality. I could’ve done better with my own camera on a tripod. I highly suggest looking into local photographer.

We always get family photos done here. Never had any issues!

I’ve used them for every photoshoot my son has done. So, 4 times now. And in two different states. They’re so good and patient with him and I always love the way the pics turn out.
