Question to all moms 😩 Please help me with some advice, recently today my daughter fell and hit her head on the side of a small rock we have outside our door she is one year old and bumped her head real quick but she only cried for about two minutes I am worried sick if she’s OK because yesterday she was playing and Nephew spilled water but didn’t clean it up but it was still I guess drying and she slipped and bumped her head on the floor in the living room but also quickly cried for a little but after she was fine she acts normal she’s eating good I’m just worried now because she hit herself again she’s in a stage where she’s walking already and she’s only 14 months 🤯😭 I’m so worried I Been on Google trying to see what are some symptoms that she may have in case her head hurts or she hurt her head really bad any advice please help me 😫

If she's not crying constantly or being super fussy and going through the day normay I wouldn't worry about it walking toddlers will be toddlers it happens trust me to everyone. My daughters fell so much through out there lives and still do it's okay mama ❤❤

What pp said above. Also, make sure her pupils are dilating at the same rate. So shine a light into them, watch them get small and then watch them get bigger once the light is gone. Works best in a darkish room. Any vomiting or acting abnormal seek medical attention for her

My kids are constantly falling or bumping their heads or skinning their knees. My daughter is almost 5 and still trips over her own feet 😩 It’s a normal part of growing up and happens to all toddlers.

As long as the bumps out not in then I wouldn’t worry my sons smashed his face he was fine lol

Stop googling. It’s the worst thing you can do because it will tell you your daughter has a balance issue, concussion and internal bleeding. Just don’t. If you’re really concerned just give her pedi a call. Most offices have an on call doc or a nurse and the moment the person answering the phone hears of a possible (even slight) head injury, they should be making your call a priority.
