Who has done Walmart pick up? Is there any extra cost..how does it work?

No extra cost. Download the walmart grocery app. Pick the groceries you want, $30 minimum. Select a time and day, and then check out. You'll get an email to confirm. And also an email when the order is ready. Usually about 10 minutes before your pickup time.
