It only gets rid of water weight in the belly lol .. Ur stomach will most definitely go down until u eat or drink something again lol

The only weight you lose is in calories expended trying to get the Saran wrap your body lol

Especially the baby. It can put them into respiratory distress

Out of the 3 times I’ve been pregnant I’ve never gotten the opportunity to experience my water breaking on its own. I’ve read where some people say it’s a BIG pop. For anyone who has ever experienced it will this big pop scare you?? I want to experience it whenever the time comes with this pregnancy, but if it’s scary then I’ll pass. 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
It works pretty good to help reduce water weight nice. I wrap mine up when I hit the gym. The downfall is the results last just a few hours, dependingon your fluid intake 🤷🏽♀️
