My new addiction. Grilled crusty bread, tomato, burrata mozzarella cheese and basil. Could eat this all day everyday

I know I tried it with balsamic, which I love btw, but I liked it plain instead. I had more today lol. Gotta get more burrata cheese tomorrow

i make a naan pizza with pesto, fresh tomato, fresh mozzarella slices, chicken, spinach and balsamic glaze that’s amazing. Very similar to this but it’s freakin amazing

I’m definitely looking for it this Friday at the grocery. We don’t have a Trader Joe’s near me but our Kroger carries that brand of fresh mozzarella so I bet that the burrata is over there too! Thanks for showing me!!
