My biggest thing is pacifiers over the age of two especially.

I’m soo glad my son has never taken a bottle he’ll only take a cup with a straw or a sippy but he’s still breast fed that’s going to be the hard thing to break😭😭😭 my daughter had a bottle a little over 2 then she threw them away! 😂😂 and my son used a bink but he got tired of them around 7 months and would make me use it to put him to sleep😂😂 that lasted about 2 weeks then I threw them out!

I thought over time that creates dental issues.

@imthatgirlb1tch, just because it doesn’t happen to every kid doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen 🙄

@februarymomx2, @massgirl, right my son gets juice but it’s mostly water. And will still ask for water

My kid is almost 5 and has never had juice. We've offered even at birthday parties or something else like that and she just doesn't want to 🤷‍♀️

Well hey my daughter is 2 and she still has a PACIFIER!. 🧐 sooo 🤷‍♀ it's her comfort. I'm not going to take it an refuse her her own comfort and satisfaction just because I feel she doesn't need it. I'll let her grow out of it. I'm 26 an I still suck my thumb when I'm stressed and having a shut down moment or I'm extremely tired n going to bed. 😐😑😶 idc 😂😅 it's comforting to me is the only way to explain it.

It’s comfort sure but it also can have lasting effects which is why even though it’s comfort and they love it you as the parent have to stop it. Kids usually don’t just grow out of things like that they’ll take it as long as you let them. My friends 3 year old had to have all 4 top teeth out due to the way they were bucking out and rotting because of a pacifier!

@samanthaann well like she said to each is his own. 🤷‍♀ everyone parents differently. I said how I see it not everyone will agree. I am the parent and I don't believe or feel the need to take it.My childs teeth are fine.🤷‍♀ it makes her happy I believe when she feels she will get rid of it or eventually stop needing it.

But why do you care? There are tons of other things you can be pressed about. Why does a bottle, binkie or someone’s kid being potty trained bother you? 🤷🏽‍♀️

@mrs.swan16, my son is 3 too and it’s harder to potty train when you’re doing it on your time

@kellynicole, Vi is 2.5 and some days is fully potty trained and other days won’t even try. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

@mrs.swan16, she’s basically 4, that’s preschool age, no one should have to change her diaper at school and at age 4. To each their own,

At age 4 or 3 years and 11 months there should be some kind of effort into going to the bathroom.

I stopped doing that the same day they turned 1 but I was already giving the sippy cups

My 3 year old uses a cup now and my 19 month old uses a cup at home and a sippy cup when we go out

I always cringe when I seen this in Walmart...or when there is juice, chocolate mill, etc in a baby that couldn't be older than 6 months 🙄

A friend of mine had her mother talking about how she gave her kid orange soda in a bottle at nine months old. It was a big WTF moment.

@februarymomx2 omg some people just should not be parents! It really gets me when they're like oh my kid won't drink water or milk...well not shit Sherlock you've been giving them crazy amounts of sugar since they were an infant their taste buds and body are to damn used to it

@massgirl, seriously! My kid will ask for and chug water. 🤷🏼‍♀️ She is allowed sugary shit in moderation now that she’s two, but it’s not an everyday or every week thing.
