My son is 2 and hes already writing his ABC's with my help it makes me happy and sad at the same time bc my broth9son is going to be 5 and he dont know how to talk he only know how to make baby noises like 1 yr old and if I had him n my care I would teach him so much my brother neglects this kid so much and sad bc it's his first born and even when he was born they gave that kid flat head that he needed a helmet

Kids tend to learn from other children , is he neglecting his son or is there something stoping hind rom learning , making baby sounds at 5 years in my opinion could use some intervention

@mama_bearof2, if you know those kids are being mistreated and you don’t do anything, then it’s just as much on you. Who cares if someone gets mad.

I'm not allowed to see them be by them or anything it's hard my mom n law called CPS on them n I got called by mom telling me to leave my brother alone n my brother told me I'm never allowed to see them

If the child is being neglected someone needs to step in and help. If his parents are on drugs then CPS needa to be called. Doesn't matter if family will get mad. This is a child who needs help. Those ignoring and enabling are part of the problem. If someone tgreatens/tries to harm you then look into what legal actions you can take there.

@mama_bearof2i know my mom n law said she try calling CPS on them a few years back I never asked how that went and my mom started her shyt with her and my mom started coming at me telling me to leave my brother alone and I think my brother said something to my mom and my brother to me not to see them no more

Doesn’t seem like you’re very involved in your nephews life so don’t compare him to your son if you’re not going to help him KNOWING he’s being neglected.

What I'm try to say in the post is I would love to teach my nephew so much like I teach my son n makes me sad that I don't get to see him bc of the stuff his parents are doing
