If you've been to the doctor and they say that's what's needed. My youngest was prescribed it for 3 months by a urologist.

I believe soo or they might prescribe kids culture. It’s a fiber powder that you put in their drink. It works wonders.

My son was on miralax from 3 years old to like 4 because he would not poop on his own he would go weeks. We did a cap full of miralax a day. He’s not 7 and goes at least every other day. I never saw any signs of anything wrong with him when taking it and it helped him a lot! He would seriously shake and sweat when on the toilet because how backed up he was.
