I know they say you can’t take a bath for 4 weeks after delivery, but can’t I just cut leg holes into a few trash bags and duct tape the leg holes and my stomach area shut so I can bathe?? Ughhhh. 😭

huh. I don’t remember anyone telling me that after my c section. I just remember that first shower after the c section sucked because I didn’t want to move and if I lifted up my arms it hurt my whole abdomen. But yeah, after vaginal deliveries they always say no baths, no tampons, no anything in the vagina due to the risk of infection.

I didn’t have any issues I needed help getting in and out but other then that I was fine. But I defiantly didn’t know the no bath thing (I didn’t take any anyways) but it makes sense

With the weather changing all I can think about is how nice a hot bath would be right now. 😭 it’s like my only “me time” I get, and I can’t even do it right now. Such torture.
