@athenia823, I ate oatmeal everyday and struggled. Nursed as much as I could, pumped even if I didn’t get anything out. Let baby use me as a pacifier.

I just wish it wasnt so hard to lactate....I dont want to give up...

@athenia823, me too! I struggled with all 3 of mine. Thankfully I’m a stay at home mom so didn’t have to go back to work and pump. Because I don’t know how long I would have made it. Have you heard of I think it’s called milk machine? It’s a pill. I’m not sure what’s in it. I was going to look into it before I have this one and try it. Oatmeal actually helps allot too! Steal cut is best but even the instant is ok. I noticed a difference after 3 days of even 1 bowl a day!

@athenia823 everyone has different results with fenugreek. It's basically a hit or miss.
