@ekko, @scruffy.nerf.herder, see this is where I’m alil lost the cop was super mad his car was damaged so he was ranting. I’m hoping to get the call tonight or tomorrow but definitely Monday I should know more. From what that cop was ranting abt, was aggravated assault possible with vehicle, possession, driving while suspended, running from the cops, and if they really wanted to like the cop said he could try to get him from dui. Which he wasn’t high, but it is in his system idk how that works.
He truly is not a bad guy, just made a mistake and panicked badly. And also any road violations the cop wants to put on there. Bc I don’t know all the details

yeah. They only tell me like 2 charges now then say abunch of traffic charges. I’ve seen pple from the area asking abt what happened 😪 everyone rides around here, not a excuse but seemed like they didn’t even care

I’m very glad it doesn’t seem like he’s to hurt he’s got roadrash wit sucks, his helmet is missing with scares me alil. I’m hoping he didn’t hit his head and not tell them. And also glad no one else got hurt this could have been way worse but at the same time it’s pretty crappy for us

Bc he went onto the shoulder of the road, and the cop saw him tried to cut in front and he damaged his car and flipped and crashed 😭 he’s a great rider, and I know for a fact he just panicked he has super bad anxiety and also ptsd, he called me balling and he’s not one to cry. They gave him a felony for it and for having alil weed making it possibly a dui. Smfh 2-6 months jail 😭💔 he’s been doing so well his outlet was riding and they took his quad forever. Let alone I’m a stay at home mom with no license, and I know he’s panicking even more as I am.
