So Idk if this is true but I thought I’d share it for new mommies and also for those who have heartburn and all it helps. I’m eating watermelon and as always I check to see if it’s ok in google and this came up. So I was like oh wow I should eat watermelon more often because I’ve been having a lot of heartburn, dehydration, and those third trimester muscle cramps.
