All the scans and tests came back very positive. It looks like he's going to be getting discharged in the next few days. I'm currently looking into inpatient psychiatric facilities. We'll find out more with his psych eval later if they're allowing him to discharge or it they're going to do the 72 hour hold themselves. Regardless I will be sending him to another facility after those 3 days for further treatment. This will be my second night away from Hadley. I'm devastated. He's alive though and we're extremely thankful. Now I just have to deal with the aftermath and pick up the pieces. #mentalhealthawareness is so important. Please feel free to reach out to resources in your area, a friend or even me. As someone who has lost family members to suicide, and has attempted themself, I understand. I understand what you going through my daughter is 14teen she been talking about suicide she been away from 1week and 3 days lord it’s so scared but I’m happy she getting the help she needs I talk to her everyday hopefully she be home next week all I can do pray stay strong and know all is well ❤️ praying for your son and your family it’s real

I'm so sorry to hear that. My heart breaks to hear this. That's around when I started having suicidal thoughts and had my first hospitalization. You're doing amazing momma. I'll be praying for her. This is my dad not my son btw. I can't imagine being in your shoes. I pray my daughter doesn't end up with my mental illness or my husbands. @madhatter, Thank you so much I really need it love ❤️ I’m sorry about your dad it’s not a good feeling I just got off the phone with her lord I cried not only that I’m expecting it’s very hard but God is seeing me and my daughter and family through Mental illness i take very serious thank you for your love and pray any advice will help thank you so much
I have a good friend who has been in and out of the psych hospital a couple times for breakdowns that resulted in him cutting himself... he was talking to me the last time he did it which was recently... it's scary and heart wrenching when someone you know deals with so much that they feel that's the only way to handle it. I've kept my friend alive more than once. Prayers to you and your family in hopes your father will be ok and come out of this situation stronger after all the support he's gotten.
