Me and my oh was discussing about having another baby in the future . I was telling him I'm terrified of getting hypermesis again as I was in and out of hospital all way through my pregnancy. But I agree to wen wen willow is 2 year old we try again but I have that bad fear what if I get so poorly all over again.

Hi. I understand your feelings. I suffered Hyperemesis too. With all 3 of my pregnancies. With my 3rd (my youngest little boy) I asked for the best anti sickness medication very early on. This really helped and made it much easier. I only ended up hospitalised the once. The sickness was manageable. I felt sick pretty much the whole pregnancy but I wasn’t sick every day. With my first I could be sick upto 40 times a day. It took them ages to take me seriously. I was in and out of hospital. And they tried me on all the weaker medication first. My middle pregnancy (we lost our little girl at 17 weeks) my Hyperemesis was like my first, maybe worse. I didn’t push enough for the strongest medication fast enough.
There are people who don’t get it with every pregnancy, but this wasn’t the case for me.

Thank you. Just so terrified cos it took to nearly end of pregnancy to find the right anti sickness cos they kept giving me cyclzine even tho I told them it didn't work. My oh said if you do get pregnant and start being sick he get my anti sickness sorted xx
