Yesterday I had a bad anxiety attack! I didn’t know what to do ☹️ it was the most ugliest feeling ever!!
For those of you who struggle with anxiety , what are some ways to help calm a anxiety attack?
I know it sounds weird but if you can do then cry for a while. You feel better. That’s what I do. It releases all of your stress hormones.
I try to focus on each of my senses. Something I can hear, something I can see, something I can feel... anxiety sucks so I’m sorry you’re struggling
