Correct me if I'm wrong but wasnt there a user that was drugging their baby with tylenol or Benadryl to get them to sleep all day?
I can't even stomach reading shit like this. I hope that poor little baby is healthy and safe. @spookylyn good for you for stepping in for this baby❣🙏
My kids have had Benadryl but not to put them asleep, and I didn’t like the way it made them feel so now we use children’s Zyrtec or Claritin
What? Someone actually did that? Benadryl isn’t safe under 6mths correct? I think I’ve given my son Benadryl once for an extreme allergic reaction to something and he was 6 and even then I was nervous about giving it
@adventuremommy, yea I was nervous to give it to my 6 year old but the pedi told us to for a severe allergic reaction. Thankfully he only got one dose and was ok after that
@adventuremommy, yea I tend to not want to give them meds unless absolutely necessary. Like if they’re in pain or fever, stuff like that. But I’d never even think to give Benadryl for sleeping that wouldn’t even be a thought in my head!
@adventuremommy, yea I’ve heard of melatonin but never Benadryl for sleeping that’s crazy
You commented on her status so you know that she did or does
@spookylyn, yea even still Tylenol can have some bad side effects especially given that frequently.
@anissacampos88 I never saw those but I remember ppl kept asking why he was always sleeping. I didn't want to come out and say it if it was just a suspicion or another user
@divinely_favored, yeah I didn’t realize that it was so often like another user down below said. But it was like all day long. She would be like “ little man was up at 5am aleep at 7am wake up at 10 am act...” well now it makes sense. She was drugging him all day long. A lot more than I knew and more than we all probably know.
I only give my kids medicine when or if they need it..
