After you have a baby why people only ask how the baby doing but never how the mother doing🤦🏾 ♀

This is one of my biggest heartaches. My heart is 100% on the mama. Obviously hooray baby but you just went through SO much and there are so many emotions and hormones going through you. You poor dear. This is why I cannot wait to become a certified doula. I will also be getting certified in post partum care because I feel it's so necessary for a women's recovery to have that support. On a side note, how are you doing mama?
