Hello mums or mum to be .....am 6months preg and my first. Its been so rough and challenging. Having horrible ligament stretching pain, *Pelvic girdle pain* since my 2 months. I have been referred to a physiotherapy however the waiting time is a stretch. I am in agony and tears during each crisis. Anyone with similar experience or knowledge should pls share what best to do to ease the pain......PLEASE..😢.

Thank you so much beveridge.s, glad there is someone who understands my issue. I am going through some clips now and will practice some yoga. I also started warm bath added with muscle therapy bath soak this morning. I really pray these works.

I had a lot of pain in my hips and at night it was so sore to move from side to side ever day twice a day I would do a little bit of yoga in the morning and before bed, and it helped stretch out my muscles and felt so much better. Have a look on YouTube for some videos that's what I done. It might just help ease it off a little before your appointment

Starting TWW. Anyone else?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
