Any mama's have any side effects that affected your baby from IV antibiotics during labor if you had group b strep???

Yupp my baby had very bad colic and I read in different articles that antibiotics during the last weeks can clear the baby’s good gut bacteria and be the cause of it. Not every baby is the same but I believe my son was one of them affected by it.

Maybe I read that wrong lol I had no side effects sorry
