I guess braxton hicks are in the front and real contractions in the back. I agree with @bodybycheetos with Braxton my stomach tightens and it's a little uncomfortable but not painful!
Contractions for me felt like gas pains, bh were uncomfortable when my stomach would tighten but there was no pain.
Contractions are more painful Braxton Hicks are jst small little cramps n tightening
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !
What do contractions feel like?
Contractions are getting crazy strong! Anything over 80 is considered a "strong" contraction. The ones I'm having are hitting 160+ !
Contractions your stomach gets tight and hurt and they constant ! And Braxton Hicks hurt but they might come in come and not back to back like contractions
