Has anybody else experienced recurring headaches at the start of second trimester? If so, what method was taken to help reduce the discomfort? Thanks in advance for any feedback

I’ve had headaches throughout and there’s nothing really you can do apart from taking paracetamol x

I did when I was pregnant with my daughter. I was told it could be a sign of preeclampsia but was too early to tell. I never found out for sure as I lost her. I’d mention it to your doctor or midwife just in case. I was given strong pain killers that are only safe in the second trimester. xx

I had a consistent headache for weeks, got tramadol from midwives and it eased it a lot ten days later I delivered ten weeks early. Always worth getting a headache checked out

@miss.jeffersishere, Drink plenty water hun and it should help ease then. I had horrible headaches in the first few months of my pregnancy. Its all to do with hormones apparently. Drink plenty and get plenty rest. I hope it passes soon for you xx I got bad lightheadedness to in the first 4months

I tried to make sure I drank plenty of water. Pretty much walked around holding a bottle of water all day. I also wore my glasses more. I wear them for watching tv etc, but wore them all day so I wasn't stressing my eyes making headaches worse. They did eventually get better.
