I’ve been having really bad constipation so I took milk of magnesia about an hour ago. I went to the bathroom somewhat and when I wiped back there there was blood all on my tp I guess hemorrhoids? Now I’m cramping so bad...I hope this is cramps from having to use the bathroom my ultrasound is tomorrow I’m in so much pain

I don't know what milk of magnesia is but are you sure you should be taking that?

Yes I’m sure. This was the only thing I was allowed to take with my past pregnancy for constipation because I accidentally took laxatives with my son without thinking of the harm it could cause.
