Yes! I’ve used old foundation bottles for diffusers or food glass jars for batteries, paper clips etc. Ive also made candy jars from mason jars to!

How do you get the wax out?

You can put them in the freezer and the wax will pop out after a hour

@mothership..., yep I break the wax in half before putting in freezer then let the jar come to room temp and wash in hot water
