These pampers pure natural prices are killing me :( 60$ for one box !!!!
@mamaof2soon
Well I had like 30. I was washing every 3 days.
The pockets are the closest to a disposable. I "stuffed" the insert in the pockets as I did the laundry.
So it was pre stuffed when I changed my daughter..
Just had to undo the wet one
Snap a new one on.
@nerdymommyplus2, did you stay at home with her or was she in daycare ?
@mamaof2soon
I am a stay at home mom
Depending on area I did hear it was tricky to get them to cloth diaper a baby. It's also harder to tell when they're wet in cloth diapers. But if your baby has eczema or something you can have your doctor write a note saying she has to have them then they'll accept it
I also use training pants most of the time at home since were in the middle of potty training.
I go to Sam's club to get my diapers. Its cheaper that way. Using the 45$ a yr membership the last 2 yrs has saved us over 100$ a month in diapers. Bc one box from Sam's club always lasted over a month. We still get my daughters diapers and wipes from Sam's club because of that. Not to mention for a family that eats alot, Sam's club is perfect lol.
@momofoneboy, @nerdymommyplus2, like where do I start what do I need to buy ?
@mamaof2soon
It's okay. It's super overwhelming at first.
Let me find a chart for different types and links. I did have them on my.profile but I started over
I use parents choice. 153 diapers for $23 dollars. I also cloth so the box last me forever
I was thinking about going cloth but I heard it a lot to wash them and I hate washing clothes
@mamaof2soon, eh. It’s really not that bad you through it all in the washer and wash like normal them fluff add some hand towel and wash rags then wash on warm. I love it. I hate washing to
@mamaof2soon
Not really. Just an extra load. Plus there is a cloth diaper that uses a bio-degradable insert so it's just as easy as disposal but they are costly.
I used cloth and so did plenty of other momma's on here if you want info
I use both but for daycare I use the parents choice and for home I use the natural , they last about 1.5 months but they are pricey for no reason
@mamaof2soon, parents choice isn’t expensive . A whole box can last up to a month . You could of been saving a lot more money if you switch .
I love what they call pocket diapers. They are so easy. I bought mine on amazon. I don’t use a sprayer. I just knock the poop off In the potty and throw diaper in a pail till wash day.
