Tea, drink lots of fluids, eat soup , natural throat soothers. Try something that’s natural like zarbes with elderberry.
Nothing that dries mucus because it'll also dry up milk
Hot water with some honey and lemon
Rest is best, push fluids and gargle with warm salt water
