It’s not hard, just time consuming. But it’s worth it to have the extra milk on hand if you need to be away. I would pump then transfer it to a bottle if it was going to be used soon. Otherwise it’d be stored in bags and frozen. To heat it up, I just put the bottle in a bowl of warm water to get the temp up. I also had a bottle warmer which my husband would use when I was gone.

I had the same pump as you did. It was easy to use. It may take some trial and error to find the right flanges for your nipples so you can get maximum output.

It's not hard. It's pretty easy. I normally pump and than feed my child as not all the milk will be taking out by the pump. Make sure to put it into the back of the fridge. So it stays cold and not in the way of the open and close. It can stay there for 7 days. The freezer as long as it is in the back is up to 6 months and you have to let it sit out and thaw not heat it up and thaw it out. And a deep freezer can last up to 12 months. I LOVE pumping.

Or I also feed my son and wait like 10 to 15 and pump some milk. And while he's napping I try to pump some milk if my boobs hurt.
