Is it only in that spot? It could be a heat rash, sweating and rubbing against the diaper. My son had something similar on his back/butt from his pull-up.

@mamaof2soon so I called "the doc" and he told me to let it air out a little and since it's in a spot where the diaper would rub against the rash that you could do an a&d or a baby powder just to give a little cushion so it's not being irritated. You may call her ped or nurse line for their opinion since doc isn't exactly a pediatrician 😅 he's a combat medic.

I only use the pampers pure natural , can’t get more pure then those unless I do those reusable ones lol
