Haven't breastfed in over a year. My breast still has milk. One more so than the other. This has happened to me before with my oldest. I believe this time is longer. Well now my breast with less milk is hurting. It's not swollen, red, no lumps. But it hurts up to my shoulder. I have to schedule an appointment on Monday. Anyone else had or have this problem and what was your experience. Doctors in er are not scared of any mass or anything but seem to be concerned that some hormonal thing is going in the reason I still have milk in my breast.
Also, they don't leak but if I express milk will come out.

Following this to see what your dr says because I had my daughter almost 5 years ago and still have milk in my breast ! Never leaked but every time I’d have sex and have them sucked by the guy that’s how I’d found out I never stopped having milk in there. Then if I squeeze my nipples it still comes out. Literally 5 years 😫
