what is a well balanced diet? i eat granola bars, bananas, apples, grapes, & other fruits for breakfast but for lunch & dinner.... i kinda eat carbs 🥴
Carbs are good for your brain. Obviously you don't need a shit ton, but cutting out carbs completely isn't the best for you. Go on Pinterest and look up clean lunch and dinner recipes. It's easy to go down a food rabbit hole lol.
