Does anyone else do yoga with their kids?❤

My kids used to exercise with me to too and then one day I just looked up “yoga for kids” on YouTube and now we do it nearly every day. I do suggest getting into it as we find it lots of fun x

That sounds great! Maya is very sporty/active she loves the outdoors and anything exercise related! So I’m sure she will love it! X

there’s even yoga for bedtime routines and everything. It’s a lot of fun and great for kids to learn x
