It’s such an amazing experience!! I am still breast feeding my son plan on for at least 6 more months. Did the same with my daughter!! The bond you create is like no other!!
I hate it. I can’t wait to give my son formula already. Little butthole is allergic to dairy. So I just suffer till he’s ready for amino acid flavored formulas
With my first, it was the best thing I could have ever done. It came so natural to both of us. The first month or so is HARD. Really hard actually. But once you get through it...it becomes the easiest thing ever. Always readily available. So so so good for them. Our journey lasted 18 months exactly. She had self weaned and nursed her last time the morning she turned 18m. We had no issues stopping and she was a huge boob baby. I can’t wait to breastfeed my next. Just make sure you educate yourself on how to be successful and not give into the hype and products that don’t really do anything.
Breastfed for 3 weeks with my first no milk really came out and wasn't educated enough but breastfed my son for 4 months and I love how we were able to bond that way I stopped due to medical reasons

Didn’t breastfeed my first kid. Wasn’t educated on it.
