The bug difference is When pregnant their are certain nerves that can be hit during a Deep massage that can cause contractions. Which is why you should only see a massage specialist who had prenatal massage training.

I recommend them always lol. I've only had 1 and it was at 36 weeks but they are safe your whole pregnancy
