Question: I’m breastfeeding & my nips are KILLING ME 😩 I don’t want to put my baby on formula so what can I do to help the pain & soreness 😩

Target, Walmart, they gave me mine at the hospital. They’re called Nipple Shields! 🙌🏻 Under $10, cant go wrong !

The first two weeks are the hardest!! Push past it. I gave in and I regret not pushing myself
Try to avoid just your nipple bringing latched try to get a good amount of areola in his mouth too.

He latched good & I have cream , but it still gets sooo sore till I hate to even touch them when it’s feeding time 😩
@neneeee is this your first time breastfeeding? It's going to hurt while you get used to it and while the baby just learning
The first couple of weeks are the hardest, for me I was close to quitting, but here we are 2 years later still at it.
Our issue was he wouldn’t latch properly on one side! I had to football hold him until he got it 🙈😅 So a good latch is key to no pain. Breastfeeding should never be painful. Definitely try some of the cream. A nipple guard always works too. Hope it works 👍🏻
