Did it twice ! Wouldn’t change it for the world

I think I might skip out on it this time around.. it took them and hour and a half of nonstop poking to get it in with my daughter..

I got it and it was a life safer . Not only did it stop my vomiting during labor it let me relax a little take a nap and have the energy I need to push for an hour and a half

I've gotten 4 and couple more, if you count the one time they kept inserting it wrong. 😥 I do have hella back pain, but I'm not 40. Lol I'd also like to add, the person who gave me my last epidural had a talk with me, she said: women/people claim the epidural is the cause of the back pain after birth, for the rest of your life, she said, not true. Its actually because of the stress your body, back especially goes through during pregnancy and labor that causes life long back pains.

I never got an epidural with my daughters( hospital I gave birth at don’t do epidurals) and I have back issues due to spine issues.

Did it three times and would do it again. Gave me strength to push out my kid in 3 pushes like a beast , not to mention i don’t have back issues either thank goodness !

I’ve had 4 lol if they do it right you won’t feel a thing

I honestly think this is one of those scare you posts...I mean, everything has risks...

I wonder often if this is why my back hasn't been the same since having my son😔

Epidural scared me more than birth. I dod not want a needle in my spine.

I have heard some women having bad long term back pains due to it. Wow that is scary.

I regret ever getting an epidural so much. 29 and my back is not good at all.
