I have PCOS. My doctor prescribed me with femara 5mg and clomid 100mg together. The first time I got pregnant within 5months. This time it only took 3. Of course continue to take prenatals and get you an ovulation kit even if your doctor tells you when to try. Always follow the ovulation results. Believe it or not, this past two months I think we were barely missing it just by going with what the doctor suggested. We did the ovulation kits which were spot on of what the doctor said, but we tried from the beginning of my fertility window to the end. Also used preseed this time.
Thank you you for all this great info! I’m only on Clomid 100mg and I was actually doing research on preseed or conceive plus I heard a lot of good things about it. I got all the ovulation kits just waiting and going with the process.

I researched and I took vitex chasteberry capsules for increasing my progesterone levels.It also states it will also help with pcos.goodluck and baby dust!
I did the vitex capsules and spearmint tea to decrease my testosterone and increase progesterone. It did work for me in a short period of time actually
