Eat smaller portions. Make better food choices. Drink more water. And general exercise.

If you just drink water you will put weight straight back on as soon as u eat. I have lost 2st 10lbs since april and I am still losing. I just count my calories after doing my bmr calculation online. It will tell u how many calories a day for u to lose weight x

@kerry26_92 just type into google 'BMR calculator' and then it just asks you some info like height, weight, sex and age and how active u are. Then it will come up with your bmr (basal metabolic rate) which is how many calories your body needs to live on each day doing no exercise and then it will give u a figure of how many calories to lose weight xx

@kerry26_92, That’s no good you need your food! Try eating after 6am and before 6pm , light exercise there’s some cardio on YouTube which is helpful, what do you eat normally how many meals n snacks ? And what do you eat ?xx

@erincharlieconor so like a fasting type thing .. I only tend to get my dinner late as I have to go to work when it's time to eat ... I've dropped out the crisps an the chocolate an i domt drink dizzy pop anymore xx
