I stayed active with both of my pregnancies up until I gave birth. Plan to do the same with this pregnancy. It gets uncomfortable but i feel like it made my labor and delivery smoother.

My job requires me to walk alot. I was walking 5 days a week until I was 38 weeks. I felt alot of pressure but I was determined to go into labor.
