Oliver won’t quit grinding his teeth it bothers me. I hate the sound and it’s not good for his teeth. Idk what to do to stop him

My daughter grinds her teeth. The dentist said they should outgrow it but if they don’t, they won’t do anything until their permanent teeth have came in. They can give them a guard.
I used to stick my fingers in his mouth to interrupt him and say “no thank you” or “stop please”. They do it cause it’s a new sensation and feels weird. To them it’s not annoying
It’s more worrying to me than annoying but that’s because I went to school for dental assisting. I just want him to have healthy teeth and not have awful TMJ like me lol
@jaquelinerachelle, it won’t hurt him at this age. Every kid does it
You can't you have to ignore it Gs dentist says its normal they're not used to having teeth in their mouths.
Yeah I guess I under stand. I just know because I was grinding my teeth all the time, it now messes with me

my babyis 3 months lately hes been sticking his tongue ut allot and chewing on his hands even after he eats . I see no signs of teeth but could this be a sign hes starting to teeth ?
Josiah is getting 6 teeth in 😳 his 4 molars have been trying to come in for 2 months.. now 2 more teeth are coming in 😩
