It's probably the birth control and the fact that you aren't completely healed from birth yet

I can almost guarantee birth control. I’ve been on the pill for basically the last ten years just had stopped to have my babies but in between I went back on it. After just having my last daughter I’ve been back on it and I get “pregnancy symptoms” constantly from it. Especially the nausea. I have crazy cravings and will feel like I’m starving 24/7. It’s annoying but I’ve learned it’s due to my pill not to worry every time unless I know I missed a pill or something to where I could actually be pregnant. But it’s been my birth control every time so far so I’m gonna say it’s very likely that’s what you’re experiencing. Especially when it’s only been 1 month since you’ve delivered a baby. Your body is still working out all the hormones and what not and now it has to also adjust to birth control so I’m sure you’re okay. It doesn’t hurt to call your doctor if you’re that concerned so they can check you out. Maybe they will tell you they can change your birth control or something simple that would make that stop for you.

It sounds like the birth control. You just had a baby, so everything is going to be different for awhile. And birth control gives pregnancy symptoms allllll the time.
