Your local health department should help you without your parents being there if your fear is telling them that you might be pregnant. The guidance counselor at my high school helped girls with these issues as well..maybe reach out.

Do you actually keep up with when you ovulate at 14? Anyway at 14 your period still maybe out of wack so I'd test first. You can get then for a dollar. If your not you need to let your parents know you need to get on birth control. If you are pregnant you need to tell your parents and the baby's father. Good luck. Umm why are you even having sex. Your 14 that is to young. I'm sorry but wow if your unable to get a test why say your 4 weeks along? Go to a clinic they'll help you .best of luck
