Does anyone know how easy it is to get out of a year lease? We’ve only been here for 3 months but I really need to be able to move for work... kinda nervous about how this would work out

Really depends on where/who is leasing. If you have someone to take over the lease it probably wouldn’t be a problem.

Read the paperwork you signed when you first moved in. It will say in it how to break your lease early. The apartments I use to live in made you pay 3 months worth of rent to break the lease. A friend of mine was renting a house and found someone to take over her lease so she didn’t have to pay anything.

Oh... you can get out of it, it just might come down to how big of assholes they wanna be about it and/or how much it's gonna be worth to you cause you'll be payin for it. Every leasing office does things differently so I'd definitely call and have a conversation with yours specifically girl.
