I wash them with my normal clothes 🤷🏼‍♀️. The directions say not to dry them but I don’t have time for that shit. So I dry them too and they are just fine. They get pilly from the dryer but I just use my fabric shaver to clear that right up.

Okay, thank you! Mines a bit all over with the flow but on point usually if that makes sense. I try and stay home when I’m on mines but I take the bus and was thinking of wearing them when I’m out so I don’t have to worry about the weird pad feeling I wear both pads and tampons when out for back up Incase I leak not all places are friendly with double stroller

@squishymommy1, do you wear anything with them? I Watch the video they said depending on your flow so I was wondering do you use a menstrual cup, pad or tampons or you just wear the underwear by itself

@mommiesgoneabitmad, I don’t! Not with the new super absorbency ones. With the old ones I had to wear a pad at night on my heaviest days.

@madrex2, I have really heavy periods. So I change 1 time through the night and then 2-3 throughout the day depending.
