UPDATE: Doctor says I am going through “prodromal labor”.. has anyone on here ever been through this and how did you get it to progress into active labor. I read it can last 24-72 hours before labor begins??

Girl. It can last weeks. All I can say is walking and letting gravity help.

How long did you go through labor? I went through 14 hours of labor when I had Oliver. Would have been longer if the doctors hadn’t given me meds to speed up the labor. I was given an epidural, my blood pressure went down to 80 and they had to give three epidural shots to get me stable again and they had to stop it for 20 minutes because the doctor was out at lunch. 🙄 so by the time I gave birth I felt everything
Weird catheter question
If you go through labor and give birth without an epidural, do you still get a catheter put in? Sorry I know this is weird...just curious!
I had that for like 2 weeks. Would stop and start. I was with my son at the park when real labor started
