My OB told me that if I drank caffeinated drinks b4 pregnancy that it's not good to just stop cold ...so I'd limit it but I drank coffee pregnant my kids are fine

Stay away from ginseng. Also look up and make sure, check w your OB bc Herbal teas can be dangerous
